- 2 peppers (any colour mix), chopped into large pieces
- Wood skewers
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions:
